At Villa Engracia, we understand the calçotada as much more than a meal; it’s a ritual. Let yourself be seduced by the aroma of grilled calçots, peel them with your own hands and dip them in our homemade romesco sauce, made according to the traditional recipe.
Our seasonal menu
After the calçots served on a tile, the party continues with a first-class selection of barbacue meats: lamb, sausage and black sausage, accompanied by white beans , baked patato and grilled artichockes. And to finish with a sweet touch, you can´t miss the classic Catalan cream accompanied with a nice glass of wine.
